My company, Damascus Bakery, recently purchased an OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) Solution from Ross CDC. The decision to do so stemmed from our wanting to engage our people in continuous improvement efforts in managing our bakery production lines. The task of training our people in the use of continuous improvement methods relative to the OEE metrics was handled brilliantly by CDC's designated trainer, Mr. Stephen Bathe. I have to say that Steve brought a ton of knowledge and experience to the table in working with Damascus's Team on interpreting the OEE metrics for improvement opportunities and conducting improvement campaigns.
